We setup a Consultation Call where we chat about your personal and business goals and how we can best align the session to achieve them. We also discuss media needs for your business and if we can achieve them within your planned investment.
We go through the current branding strategies employed and discuss if we need to overhaul or enhance it further
We then draft out a rough plan considering your brand colors and position and provide a framework for it with a realistic timeline to execute it.

Usually images are ready within 7 working days from date of selection. If any composite or design work may be required it may take more time depending on complexity of the project.

The Deliverables include digital images optimized for web use( usually 2048p)

1 The Discovery Call
You Share, I listen, We Share.We set up a date in the calendar to discuss what is the purpose of creating Sometimes we can brainstorm ideas to bring out the best draft of a plan. We discuss how we achieve goals and the best way to approach it.
This relaxed conversation offers us a chance to explore your vision and desires for your photoshoot, while also allowing us to share our packages and approach. It's a perfect way to see if we are aligned. Should we be, you can confidently move forward and book your photoshoot.
2 The Goal Setting
Our journey begins with a 90min Discovery Call or meeting, where together we'll delve into your Brand, allowing us to truly understand the essence of your brand. During this time, we’ll also walk through our detailed Photoshoot Checklist and Outfit Guideline.
Following this, a 90-minute Strategy Call will await, where we'll immerse ourselves in every detail—discussing locations, colors ,styles and outfit choices—ensuring you're perfectly prepared and poised for your photoshoot.
We discuss what the images are meant to achieve.
Is it part of a rebrand, is it for showing off to your fans, is it to look for a job, is it to simply flaunt your new look. We would discuss the need of a stylist and make up artist if need be. We go over brand guidelines and deliverables a other details to bring out the best.
3 The Booking
We lock in a Date and doing paperwork aside, we discuss the most time effective way to pull the project off to perfection.
4. The Session
The Actual Session takes place in my Studio or in your office . You'd be requested to arrive well before time to prep and chat and break the ice before the session. There is plenty of parking space at all times with reserved slots. We go over the styles we discussed and use a permutation of the best of the clothing options with you.

5. The ShowOff Time
Once you got the images from your shoot why not share them with your family and friends and the rest of world and tag us so we can see how life changing this experience has been for you..

We sit down over a cuppa coffee as we review the images right after the session for you to select your favorite's which I'd retouch to a professional standard. There is no limit to the images you'd like to buy according to your needs. I would still keep the set of favourites which you did not buy, uptil 1 week after the session ( in case you change your mind and fall in love with more images)
* The archival time for the images bought is 30 days after which they will be permanently deleted.

A headshot session is your one single point of presentation for a professional application.
Be it a corporate presentation in impressive attire, your business forefront or Actor headshots to present your best self . -
We discuss this in our consultation call.. things like :-
1. Do you prefer a weekday or weekend ?
2. What Timeslots work best for you ?
3. Would you want a hair stylist and make up (Recommended) ?

Amounting to €200 it covers the time in the Studio on your office location as a callout fee. It also serves as a non refundable retainer for the Date of the appointment. The retainer is void in case of a cancellation by the client and multiple locations would be subject to an additional fee on a case by case basis.

Immediately after the session, I will go through the images with you while you sip on some tea or coffee .
I will help you select your best images with you and you can let me know how many images would you like to purchase.

I archive all images 28 days after the session.
I delete all non purchased images 60 days after the session.
All the purchased images are sent as an email on so its your responsibility to safely archive them.

You are free to use the image as a portfolio image in your workplace or account.
If you plan to reuse the image for commercial purposes as merchandise or similar, please get in touch to get information on commercial reuse rights.

I offer customized packages for group and location setups for headshot sessions if you do not want to travel all the way to the studio and prefer an in office session for all employees.
