If you purchased a gift card , please let the recipient know that they have to reach out as soon as possible so that I can ensure a slot for them. The vouchers are to be applied only on this years sessions and wont be eligible for a refund if not used.

If you are bringing along pets its advisable to bring them in the later slots so that they are less peppy. I may reach out for some last minute reschedules in that case.

**Please have them leashed at all times in the studio

Sessions are only available on a first come first serve basis and after booking there would not be any scope of moving it around. I can try accomodate if someonce cancels but its a rare occurence.

Please note the fee is a retainer for a confirmed slot and is non refundable in case of a cancellation.

Please arrive well on time and prepared so that you are ready to be photographed as soon as the clock starts ticking. The sessions are scheduled back to back so there will not be a scope to extend the session. 

There is plenty of parking space available at the studio and a beautiful waiting room for those who love art.

It would take me around 7-10 days for editing the selected images to perfection. I may share a bigger gallery with you if you may choose to purchase additional images.

The prints would be ready the same day when the final digital images are confirmed.

If you upgraded to a Print Box , A Triplex or a Mini Accordian there would be a wait of around 18-20 days for it to arrive so I generally do not encourage placing those orders late due to un avoidable christmas holiday season delays. 

When the images are ready to be delivered , I would generally email them to you for digital only products or send via post/ drop it in or you may choose to collect it yourself if you do not want the post delay. If you want to schedule delivery at a later date as a surprise, please do let me know.

Yes, there is plenty of free on site parking available

Yes, if you have them you are encouraged to bring them, they are part of the family after all. They will judge if you don't  bring them.

There is no limit on the number of people you can bring but depending on the count you may have limitations in background options.

There would be a limit on the time as sessions are held back to back and to avoid overflow everyone is requested to arrive on time & fully ready to go. Having more people makes it tricky for coordination.

** Cutoff Date for Wall Art and Triplexes will be : 28th November

** Cutoff Date for Christmas Boxes will be : 5th December

They need to be made well in advance so that they can arrive in time well before Christmas.
Any delay in ordering may add a further delay due to Christmas peak season.
