Instructions:-

1. Select the active layer..make sure its not an adjustment layer.
2. Run the action
3. In the Dialog box.... select JPEG or PNG on upper right corner.
4. Export

5. If you want to export at the original size...undo the changes in history and ...skip steps in the action to the last step of export.
6. Size can be entered into the sizing box for different socal media
